PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for carrying-in a packaged article from a space low in cleanliness to a space high in cleanliness.SOLUTION: The system that carries a packaged article from a space low in cleanliness to a space high in cleanliness is provided with: a sealing-degree measuring unit that measures the sealing degree of the packaged article； a fine particle removing unit that removes fine particles stuck to the packaged article； a microbe removing unit that removes microbes stuck to the packaged article； and a cleanliness measuring unit that measures the cleanliness of the packaged article, and cleanliness at the cleanliness measuring unit is equal to that in the space high in cleanliness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
