SOLUTION: A reference point assigning part 18b assigns three reference points on an image based on an image signal. A burning constitutive point calculating part 18d processes the image signal within an image area based on a plurality of respective points set on a reference ellipse determined by the three reference points, and calculates burning constitutive points constituting burning. A burning size calculating part 18e calculates a size of the burning, based on the burning constitutive points.
