PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary absorbent article which can quickly absorb discharged menstrual blood, and has high security feeling in appearance of the sanitary absorbent article after being used.SOLUTION: A sanitary absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorber 4 containing a high absorbent polymer and a surface sheet 2 which is arranged on a skin facing surface side of the absorber 4, and which contacts a skin of a wearer when the absorbent article is worn by a wearer, as constitution members. In constitution members of the sanitary absorbent article 1, a hemagglutination agent containing member containing a hemagglutination agent, is included, for example, the absorber 4 serves as the hemagglutination agent containing member.
