The present invention relates to a Korean rice cake with mugwort containing Cudrania tricuspidata, which includes 90 to 95 wt% of glutinous rice; of 3 to 7 wt% of Cudrania tricuspidata extract; 1 to 3 wt% of mugwort; and 0.01 to 2 wt% of additives, and to a method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, a Cudrania tricuspidata extract containing such as phenol compound and flavonoid dervatives which are natural anti-oxidant ingredients is used in manufacturing of Korean rice cake with mugwort for intaking active components beneficial to body while eating Korean rice cake.
