PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating plate of a skinning device in which skinning processing is made efficiently and the quality of a skinned workpiece can be stabilized well.SOLUTION: A rotating plate 24 of a skinning device 10 is disposed rotatably in a bottom of a cylindrical body 23 and skins a workpiece (a) charged in the cylindrical body 23. The rotating plate 24 includes a rotating plate part 37 having an agitation projection in upper surface and multiple fitting parts 53 provided on an upper surface of the rotating plate part 37.
