The device (1) has a frame equipped with a rotation axle (2). An earthwork tool designed in form of a wheel (3) is mounted on the rotation axle. The wheel comprises blades (5) at peripheral edges. A portion (50) of the blades is integrally formed with the peripheral edge along length of the wheel. Another portion (51) of the blade is projected along length of the blade. The wheel exhibits a circular, oval or polygonal i.e. hexagonal, section.
