The present invention relates to a ridge forming device for hiller which includes: a plurality of hilling blades installed in the rear side of a tractor or a rotavator； a body positioned between the hilling blades and formed to rotate in a vertical direction around a rotation unit； a formation unit formed in the lower part of the body, being in contact with the upper part of a ridge, and pushing and flattening soil by the movement of the tractor； and an elastic member inducing the body to be always seated on the upper part of the hilling blades. The present invention has effects of: facilitating the planting work of crops or seedlings by forming the upper part of a ridge to be flat； improving durability and service life by rotating up and down when colliding with an obstacle； blocking soil from falling into a furrow by preventing the inflow of soil to the inside of hilling blades； and improving work efficiency by displaying a planting location of crops or seedlings in a longitudinal direction on the upper part of a ridge.본 발명은 트랙터 또는 로터베이터의 후방에 설치하는 다수개의 배토날； 상기 배토날의 사이에 위치하되 회동부를 중심으로 상하 회동할 수 있도록 형성하는 몸체； 상기 몸체의 하부에 형성하여 두둑의 상부와 맞닿아 트랙터의 이동으로 흙을 밀어서 평편하게 성형하는 성형부； 상기 몸체가 항상 배토날의 상부에 안착하도록 유도하는 탄성부재；를 포함하는 배토기용 두둑 성형장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 두둑의 상부를 평편하게 성형하여 작물 또는 모종의 식재작업을 원활하게 진행할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 장애물과 충돌할 경우 상하로 회동하여 내구성 및 사용수명을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명은 배토날의 내측으로 흙의 유입을 방지하여 고랑으로 떨어지는 흙을 차단할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 아울러 본 발명은 두둑의 상부에 길이방향을 따라서 작물 또는 모종을 심는 위치를 표시하여 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
