PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of moving a pillow part to a height suited to the body height (seating height) of a person undergoing a therapy without changing a contact face between the head part of the person undergoing the therapy and the pillow part.SOLUTION: The massage machine includes: a backrest part 3 for supporting a body of a person undergoing a therapy； a pillow part 5 for supporting the head part of the person undergoing the therapy； and pillow support means 26 for supporting the pillow part 5. The pillow part 5 is configured to be movable in the body height direction with respect to the backrest part 3.
