PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking training device for hemiplegia patient which allows the patient to make training while walking and can reduce patients burden.SOLUTION: A walking training device 10 for hemiplegia patient is configured that a slider 32 is fitted in a vertical rail 31 to freely lift up and down, a first drive unit 41 is mounted to this slider 32, and a gas spring 34 is hung over between a plate 25 supporting the vertical rail 31 and a stay 33 supporting the first drive unit 41. A full load of a motion mechanism including the first drive unit is supported by the gas spring, so that such a risk as the load of the motion mechanism is applied to the patient is eliminated, or reduced even if applied. As a result, the walking training device for hemiplegia patient is provided which allows the patient to make training while walking and can reduce patients burden.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】歩行しながら訓練ができ且つ患者の負担を軽減することができる片麻痺患者用歩行訓練装置を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】縦レール31に昇降自在にスライダ32が嵌められ、このスライダ32に第1駆動ユニット41が取付けられ、縦レール31を支える板25と第1駆動ユニット41を支えるステイ33とに、ガススプリング34が掛け渡されている片麻痺患者用歩行訓練装置10。【効果】第1駆動ユニットを含む運動機構の全荷重がガススプリングで支持されるため、運動機構の荷重が患者に加わる心配が無く、加わったとしても僅かである。結果、歩行しながら訓練ができ且つ患者の負担を軽減することができる片麻痺患者用歩行訓練装置が提供される。【選択図】図2
