Occipital-cervical fixation equipment comprising: an occipital plate able to be fixed to an occipital portion of the skull of a patient at least two longitudinal lateral bars able to be arranged in a sagittal direction alongside the spinous processes of the vertebrae of the patient, each longitudinal lateral bar extending between an occipital end portion and a vertebral end portion a first fixation means configured to fix the occipital end portion of each longitudinal lateral bar and the occipital plate a second fixation means configured to fix the longitudinal lateral bars to a patients vertebra a transverse connector the third fixation means configured to fix the occipital end portion of the longitudinal central bar to the occipital plate and the fourth fixation means configured to fix the lateral end portions of the cross bar respectively to one of two longitudinal lateral bars.
