PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innate immune system inflammation inhibitor which can suppress the inflammation caused by an abnormal activation state of the innate immune system and sufficiently suppress the onset of atopic dermatitis or the like.SOLUTION: Cis-type monounsaturated fatty acid having 14 to 24 carbon atoms is contained. Innate immune system inflammation is atopic dermatitis. The cis type mono-unsaturated fatty acid is cis type-9-mono-unsaturated fatty acid.
