Process to blend one or more cereal Protein, which comprises the steps of: a) providing a composition comprising one or more cereal Proteins of 5 to 40% by weight of Dry matter; (b) Adding one or more Auxiliary hydrolytic enzymes and / or processing; c) optionally, preacondic Ionar; homogenizing; and optionally (d) to Pretreat the composition obtained.And incubate the composition at a temperature of 50 to 85 degrees Celsius for at least 5 minutes.
