PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified skin care preparation for external use with excellent stability of preparation and excellent in intradermal retaining property.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the emulsified skin care preparation for external use containing phospholipid one or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of vaseline, polyethylene glycol, lanolin, and gelled hydrocarbon 5-15 wt.% of one or more kinds selected from ethanol, isopropanol and diethylene glycol monoethylether, and one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of the carboxyvinyl polymer and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, wherein the preparation is stable and excellent in sense of use.
