PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping-off chip which can be used to clean a male connector provided with a female thread so as to surround a male member.SOLUTION: A chip 110 comprises a tubular part 111 which can be inserted into a gap 916 between a male member 911 and an outer tube 913. When the tubular part 111 is inserted into the gap 916, the male member 911 is inserted into the inside of the lumen 112 of the tubular part 111.
