PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which can be fixed appropriately in bio-tissue without unnecessarily pressing the bio-tissue of an object a medicine is administered to, while the medicine is appropriately administered to the bio-tissue.SOLUTION: The catheter 1 includes: a body 3 of an elongated shape having an internal lumen 3a, and side holes 5, 6 communicated with the internal lumen 3a a piercing needle 2 fixed at the tip of the body 3 and a wire 4 with the tip 4a fixed on the piercing needle 2.
