PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicidal composition efficiently and effectively used for extermination of an adverse plant, and to provide an extermination method of an adverse plant.SOLUTION: A herbicidal composition comprising an enzyme is used for extermination of an adverse plant and has hydrolysis activity of p-Nitrophenyl butyrate. The composition comprises: a cutinase-like enzyme having no pathogenicity against a plant and derived from a microorganism and a plant pathogenic microorganism being a herbicidal pesticide.
