PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for an effective means of avoiding bedridden situation as senility is said to start from legs and, to be exact, walking difficulty is due to stiffening of muscles from an Achilles tendon to the calf and to the thigh in the back of the leg, for which, unless a person consciously tackles with rehabilitation, he or she becomes bedridden and has to receive care of someone and for which effective means has not been found.SOLUTION: The invention is intended to solve foregoing problems. Plates (1) and (2) as seen in fig. 1 are pivotally connected with hinges (3) and (4) and made freely rotatable. With a string (5) attached to the tip end of the plate (1), a handle (6) is fitted to the other end of the string (5) to prepare the apparatus in fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a side view showing a use example. A person is seated with the legs extended and, with the toes in contact with the apparatus. Then, by strongly pulling the string (5), the tip ends of the toes are extended, stretching the stiffened muscles from the Achilles tendon to the calf and to the thigh. This exercise makes walking easy, producing vitality in the whole body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、老化は脚からと言われいるが正確には脚の裏のアキレス腱から、ふくらはぎ、ふとももにかけての筋が固くなって歩行が困難となるので本人が意識してリハビリに取り組まないと寝たきりとなって他の人の介護を受ける事になるが現在、有効な手段は見当たらないのでのである。【解決の手段】上記の課題を解決する目的で発明した物で図1に見る板(1)と(2)を蝶番(3)と(4)で蝶着して回動自在とし、板(1)の先端に紐(5)を嵌着し紐(5)の他端に把手(6)を付着した器具図1を製作。図2は使用例を示す側面図で、脚を伸ばして座し足先を器具に接着して紐(5)を強く引いて爪先を伸ばしてアキレス腱からふくらはぎ、ふともも、にかけての固くなった筋を伸ばす事により歩行が楽になり全身に活力が生じる。【選択図】図2
