SOLUTION: A plurality of sensors concerned with a physical index are arranged at a land of a specified division becoming a measurement object and an output of a measurement result of each sensor 1 is input to a computer 3 through a multiplexer 2. The computer 3 compares a measurement result of the land of the specified division of the measurement object with data pre-input of ideal condition using the measurement result of each sensor 1 to immediately display whether the land of the specified division of the measurement object is or not within the ideal condition, and confirms whether expected effect is obtained or not by providing an additional quantity determined corresponding to a deficient quantity calculated on a component to a growth promoter supplying part 11.
