Gellified fatty substance (I) comprises: a liquid fatty substance at room temperature having triacylglycerols (96-100%) and fatty acids C8:0, C10:0, C12:0, C14:0, C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2, C18:3, C20:5 and C22:6; and beeswax (2-100 g/per kg of body fat). Independent claims are included for: (1) mayonnaise comprising (I); (2) spreadable paste comprising: (I); honey (10-50 (preferably 20-40) mass%); optionally 10-20%, preferably powder (12-15%) comprising ground almonds, hazelnut powder, pine nuts powder and/or cashew powder; cocoa fat (5-15 (preferably 7-10) %); and whey proteins (3-12%); and (3) preparing (I) comprising mixing the beeswax and optionally other ingredients with liquid fatty substance at a temperature of 78[deg] C to solubilize beeswax; and cooling the mixture.
