PURPOSE: A coffee bean grinding device is provided to grind a large amount of coffee bean within a fast time, and to prevent a static electricity generated during a grinding process. CONSTITUTION: A coffee bean grinding device comprises a hopper, a pair of grinding rolls(10,20), a separate unit, and a ventilation fan. A hopper supplies the coffee bean to the coffee bean grinding device. The pair of grinding rolls is provided on the outer circumferential surface with a grinding blade to grind the coffee beans supplied by the rolling of the hopper. The pair of grinding rolls has a different rotating speed from each other. The pair of grinding rolls is rotated to the opposite direction. The separate unit is contacted with the crushed material by the rolling of the grinding rolls to remove the crushed material sandwiched in the grinding blades.
