In a stress strain diagram representing a procedure in which the elastic laminate is stretched to a stretch rate of 400% at a pulling speed of 1000 mm/minute and subsequently returned to a stretch rate of 0% at a pulling speed of 1000 mm/minute an upper yield point is present in the interval from a stretch rate of 0% to a stretch rate of 100% a lower yield point is present in the interval from the upper yield point to a stretch rate of 400% and the difference between the yield stress of the upper yield point and the yield stress of the lower yield point is 0.05 N/30 mm width or more.
