PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical X-ray equipment which performs panoramic radiography which irradiates only a desired region with an X-ray beam, generates the frame image of transfer imaging, and reduces the amount of exposure to a subject.SOLUTION: A radiation field regulation part 12 which regulates the radiation field of an X-ray generated from an X-ray generator 11, a scanning drive part 50 which scans a subject O with the X-ray which is regulated by the radiation field regulation part 12 as an X-ray beam XB and performs X-ray computed tomography scan, a radiation field setting part 61b which moves at least one of both ends positions of expanse of the height direction of the X-ray beam XB to the height direction and sets an X-ray radiation field only at the area of interest r variably, and an image processing part 70 are provided. The scanning drive part 50 scans the subject O with the X-ray beam XB regulated by the radiation field regulation part 12 based on an object domain established by the radiation field setting part 61b, has a function to perform X-ray computed tomography scan, and generates an X-ray computed tomography image about the area of interest by performing a combine which specifies a tomographic surface.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】所望する部位にのみX線ビームを照射するパノラマX線撮影を行って透過画像のフレーム画像を生成し、被写体への被曝量の低減化を図る。【解決手段】X線発生器11から発生したX線の照射野を規制する照射野規制部12と、照射野規制部12で規制されたX線をX線ビームXBとして被写体Oに対して走査させてX線断層撮影を行わせる走査駆動部50と、X線ビームXBの前記高さ方向の広がりの両端の位置の少なくとも一方を前記高さ方向に移動させて、前記関心領域rのみにX線照射領域を可変設定するための照射領域設定部61bと、画像処理部70とを備え、走査駆動部50は、照射領域設定部61bによって設定された対象領域に基づいて、照射野規制部12で規制されたX線ビームXBを被写体Oに対して走査させて、X線断層撮影を実行する機能を有し、断層面を特定した重ね合わせ処理を行うことで、関心領域についてのX線断層画像を生成している。【選択図】図1
