PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an computed tomographic apparatus in which X-ray detection elements for reference are used for the measurement of data for the correction of an X-ray beam shift in an examees body axis direction in a multi-slice X-ray detector.SOLUTION: The distribution of X-ray doses in a slice direction of X-ray beam 5 radiated from a focus 2C of an X-ray tube 2 is measured by eight X-ray detection elements composing a detector bloc 21 of the reference channels arranged in the terminal of the channel direction of the multi-slice type X-ray detector 4. The eight measurement data are added up by four elements each on the cathode and anode sides by an adder 36 after they are amplified and digitized by an amplifier 11 and A/D converter 12. The both elements are compared by a comparator 38 when the former is treated as a and the latter as b, and the X-ray tube drive mechanism 42 is controlled by a drive control device 40 when there exists any difference between them, while the X-ray tube 2 is shifted to a direction where the difference becomes smaller. The elements are shifted to the cathode side, for example, when they are proved to be a>b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 マルチスライス型のX線検出器において、リファレンス補正用のX線検出素子が体軸方向のX線ビームシフト補正のためのデータ計測も行う構成のX線CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】 X線管2の焦点2Cから放射されたX線ビーム5のスライス方向のX線量分布をマルチスライス型X線検出器4のチャンネル方向の端部に配列されたリファレンスチャンネルの検出器ブロック21を構成する8個のX線検出素子にて計測する。8個の計測データは増幅器11、A/D変換器12にて増幅、デジタル化された後、加算器36にて計測データを陰極側及び陽極側の素子4個分ずつ加算する。前者をa、後者をbとしたとき、比較器38にて両者の比較を行い、差がある場合には駆動制御装置40によりX線管駆動機構42を制御してX線管2を両者の差が小さくなる方向に移動する。例えばa>bのときは、陰極側へ移動する。
