PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic device which can maximize cosmetic effect on the skin around the eyes of a user.SOLUTION: The cosmetic device includes a device body part whose surface of a side facing the face of the user has a curved shape almost following the shape of the surfaces of the areas around the eyes of the face, to be positioned in front of the eyes and the skin around the eyes, and a heat transfer part in heat-conductive contact with a heat source part where heat generation and heat absorption can be conducted in response to an operation of the user.
