The present invention relates to a rat exterminating apparatus having a structure suitable for luring rats which includes a pipe member (100) and snagging parts (120). Each of one side and the other side of the pipe member (100) has punched holes. Each snagging part (120) in the shape of a ring is formed on each location separated from one end and the other end of the pipe member with a certain interval, and protrudes from an inner circumferential surface toward the inside of the pipe member. One or more first penetrating holes are formed on each of one end and the other end of the pipe member.
