The present invention relates to a composting system for retreating livestock carcasses. The system comprises: a grinder which grinds livestock carcasses； an ultraviolet sterilizer which receives ground livestock carcasses from the grinder and irradiates ultraviolet rays； a mixer which receives the livestock carcasses sterilized by the ultraviolet sterilizer and mixes the same with any one of sodium bicarbonate, expanded and softened chaff and castor meals； a reactor which agitates the livestock carcasses having any one of sodium bicarbonate, expanded and softened chaff and castor meals mixed in the mixer； a rotary kiln which thermally treats livestock carcasses having any one of sodium bicarbonate, expanded and softened chaff and castor meals agitated from the reactor； and an agitator which agitates the livestock carcasses thermally treated by the rotary kiln with a carcass treating agent. The present invention grinds and sterilizes carcasses by ultraviolet rays, reduces water content from the carcasses and heat-treats the same, and then uses a carcass treating agent containing palm trees, expanded and softened chaff and frozen microorganism products to decompose the carcasses, thereby reducing a decomposing period to 15-20 days, having no bad smell when decomposing, and recycling byproducts from the decomposing process as composts.본 발명은 동물 사체의 재처리 퇴비화 시스템에 관한 것으로, 동물 사체를 분쇄하는 분쇄기； 상기 분쇄기로부터 분쇄된 동물 사체를 공급받아 자외선을 조사하는 자외선소독기； 상기 자외선소독기로부터 소독된 동물 사체를 공급받아 중탄산나트륨과 팽연왕겨 또는 피마자박 중 어느 하나를 배합하는 배합기； 상기 배합기에서 중탄산나트륨과 팽연왕겨 또는 피마자박 중 어느 하나가 배합된 동물 사체를 교반하는 반응기； 상기 반응기로부터 중탄산나트륨과 팽연왕겨 또는 피마자박 중 어느 하나가 교반된 동물 사체를 열처리하는 로타리 킬른； 및 상기 로타리 킬른으로부터 열처리된 동물 사체와 동물 사체 처리제를 교반하는 교반장치； 를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 동물 사체를 분쇄하고 자외선 소독하고 수분함유율을 감소시키고 열처리한 후에 팜나무, 팽연왕겨 및 미생물 동결물을 포함하는 동물 사체 처리제를 이용하여 분해시킴으로써, 분해 기간을 15~20일로 단축시킨 장점이 있고, 분해시 악취가 발생하지 않는 장점이 있으며, 분해과정에서 얻어진 부산물을 퇴비로 재활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
