Problem to be solved: to provide a mushroom cultivation sheet which is capable of producing mushrooms only from the upper surface by a relatively simple management method, and having a small degree of integration of the management (short), and having a lower cost.The paper is a sheet for cultivation of mushrooms used for cultivation of mushrooms in which the cultivation is carried out using the fungus bed, and the material is made of vegetable cellulose (raw paper), and the upper surface of the fungus bed is coated. Because of the use of cheap old paper, it is not necessary to peel off the paper easily, so it is not necessary to peel the mushroom.In addition, the high density lignin contained in the old paper facilitates the germination inducing action of mushrooms, and mushrooms germinate only on the upper surface covered with mushroom cultivation sheets.Diagram【課題】比較的簡単な管理方法で確実に上面からのみきのこを発生させることができ、しかも管理の積算度数も小さく(短く)することができ、さらにコストが安価なきのこ栽培用シートを提供する。【解決手段】菌床を用いて栽培を行うきのこ栽培に使用するきのこ栽培用シートであって、材料が植物性セルロースを原料とする紙(古紙)であり、菌床の上面を被覆する構成とした。安価な古紙を使用したことにより、きのこは発芽すると簡単にこの紙を突き破り、きのこのカサを変形させることもないので、きのこ栽培用シートを剥がす必要がない。また、古紙に含まれる高い濃度のリグニンによりきのこの発芽誘導作用が促進され、きのこ栽培用シートで覆った上面のみにきのこが発芽する。【選択図】図1
