PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation container that promotes a culture medium surface of a mushroom bed, particularly browning of a sidewall culture medium surface in a culture process of mushroom bed cultivation.SOLUTION: A mushroom cultivation container 10 used for mushroom bed cultivation according to an embodiment of the present invention uses a plastic material, and is formed by mixing a repelling agent 12, which consists of an antibacterial agent, an antifungal agent or the like having properties of opposing/excluding mushroom fungi in culture medium, into the plastic material. According to the mushroom cultivation container of the embodiment, because the repelling agent is mixed, even if an inner wall surface of the cultivation container and a sidewall surface of mushroom bed culture medium are firmly adhered with each other in a culture process, the adhesion is separated by the effect of the repelling agent to create a gap, air enters the gap, oxygen is supplied to the sidewall surface of the mushroom bed culture medium to make it possible to promote elongation of mushroom hyphae. As a result, yield can be increased comparing to that of conventional cultivation containers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】菌床栽培の培養工程において、菌床培地面、特に側壁培地面の褐変化を促し、促進させるキノコ栽培容器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一態様の菌床栽培に用いるキノコ栽培容器10は、プラスチック材を用い、このプラスチック材に培地内のキノコ菌類に対抗・排斥する特性を有する抗菌剤、防カビ剤などからなる嫌忌剤12が混入されて成形されている。係る態様のキノコ栽培容器によれば、嫌忌剤が混入されているので、培養工程において、栽培容器の内壁面と菌床培地の側壁面とがベッタリくっ付き密着していても、嫌忌剤の作用により、この密着が離間されて隙間が空き、この隙間から空気が入り込み、菌床培地の側壁面へ酸素が供給されて、菌糸の伸長を促し、促進させるこができ。その結果、収穫量を従来の栽培容器に比べて増大させることができるようになる。【選択図】図1
