PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe which is connected to a medical implement which can use a cylindrical lock part of the prefilled syringe, with the use of the cylindrical lock part, and is connected even to the medical implement which is non-connectable due to the cylindrical lock part, and leaves few amount of a residual medical agent.SOLUTION: The prefilled syringe includes: an external cylinder 2 having a nozzle part 22 a gasket stored inside the external cylinder 2 a cylindrical member 4 for locking which is attached to enclose the nozzle part 22 and a seal cap 3 for sealing the nozzle part, which is attached to the cylindrical member 4 for locking. The cylindrical member 4 for locking includes a screwing part 41 for screwing with the medical implement. The external cylinder 2 and the cylindrical member 2 for locking include engagement mechanisms for enabling the external cylinder 2 and the cylindrical member 2 to be separated from the external cylinder 2 together with the seal cap 3.
