PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical plug body capable of bringing a medical container into communication with a nozzle by the insertion of the nozzle from the outside, in which a liquid leakage can be prevented when transferring a liquid drug and taking out the nozzle.SOLUTION: A medical plug body 1 includes a blocking body 20, a base part 40, and a needle part 30 including a hollow pipe 33. The base part 40 includes a cylindrical part 41 and a valving part 42. The needle part 30 is stored in a storage space 55 surrounded by the blocking body 20, the cylindrical part 41 and the valving part 42. The valving part 42 is provided so that the needle part 30 maintains a state where the storage space 55 is sealed by coming into abutment with an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle, while the inside of the medical container 10 is brought into communication with the nozzle through the hollow pipe 33 by piercing the blocking body 20, and maintains the state where the storage space 55 is sealed by closing the cylindrical part 41, while the nozzle is pulled up from the cylindrical part 41.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】外部からノズルが挿入されることにより医療用容器内とノズルとを連通可能にする医療用栓体において、液剤を移送する場合およびノズルを取り出す場合に液漏れを防止することができる医療用栓体を提供する。【解決手段】医療用栓体1は、封鎖体20と、ベース部40と、中空管路33を含む針部30とを備える。ベース部40は、筒状部41と、弁部42とを含む。針部30は、封鎖体20、筒状部41および弁部42によって囲まれた収容空間55に収容される。弁部42は、針部30が封鎖体20を刺通して中空管路33を介して医療用容器10内とノズルとが連通した状態において、ノズルの外周面に当接することにより収容空間55が密閉された状態を維持するとともに、ノズルが筒状部41から引き抜かれた状態において、筒状部41を閉鎖することにより収容空間55が密閉された状態を維持するように設けられている。【選択図】図4
