PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container plug member capable of easily opening an elastic plug body sealing an opening section of a medical solution container by a hollow tube with a non-sharp tip and capable of preventing the leakage of the medical solution from the elastic plug body and the adhesion of soil to the elastic plug body before using the medical solution container and to provide the medicinal solution container using the same.
SOLUTION: This container plug member 1 includes: an outer frame body 2 having a circumferential frame 3, a cover member 4 separably provided with respect to the circumferential frame 3 and a storage space whose circumference is surrounded with the circumferential frame 3 and whose one end face 5 is covered with the cover member 4 an inner frame body 7 fitted to the side of the other end face 6 of the storage space and an elastic plug body 8 having a slit 21 penetrating from the side of one end face 5 to the side of the other end face 6 of the storage space and press-fitted in the storage space wherein a recess portion 25 being recessed, with the slit 21 defined as a center is formed to the surface of the elastic plug body 8 facing the side of one end face 5 of the storage space, and a projection portion 15 fitted in the recess portion 25 in a press-fitted state is formed in the inner face facing the storage space of the cover member 4.
