PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquisition device capable of acquiring a clear image, and further to provide a manufacturing method of the image acquisition device and an electronic apparatus provided with the image acquisition device.SOLUTION: An image acquisition device 150 includes: a first substrate 110 having a light reception section a second substrate 120 having a light shielding section and being laminated on the first substrate 110 a third substrate 130 having a light emission section and being laminated on the second substrate 120 and a fourth substrate 140 having a light collection section and being laminated on the third substrate 130. The first substrate 110 and the second substrate 120 are laminated together via a first seal material 161, the third substrate 130 and the fourth substrate 140 are laminated together via a second seal material 162 and the second substrate 120 and the third substrate 130 are laminated together via a third seal material 163. In a state that the image acquisition device 150 is viewed in a plan view, the third seal material 163 exists inside an arrangement region of the first seal material 161 and inside an arrangement region of the second seal material 162.
