Furthermore, the temple (2) comprises a soft component arrangement (28) made of a second material that is softer than said first material. The soft component arrangement (28) has an elastic hinge element soft component (29) which is arranged on an inner side (15) of the temple (2) on said temple hinge element (17), and which is designed to permit the temple (2) to bend elastically outward at the temple hinge element (17).
