PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a noodle accommodation bucket on a rotation frame without sliding.SOLUTION: A noodle line is wound from a winding part 2, the wound noodle line passes a diameter reduction part 3 to reduce a diameter of the noodle line into a predetermined diameter, and the noodle line with the reduced diameter is wound and held into a needle accommodation basket 5 of metal placed detachably on a rotation frame 18 in a spiral shape by a needle line winding/holding part 4. On a side supporting a noodle accommodation basket 5, of the rotation frame 18, plural adsorption means 36 absorbing a bottom face of the noodle accommodation basket 5 are arranged. The adsorption means 36 includes: a magnet 36A； and a cylindrical frame 36B.
