PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device that can couple a lead with a wearing unit such as a collar or harness easily and quickly.SOLUTION: A coupling device 10 includes a male part 24 having a coupled unit 20 connected to one side of a lead 4 or a wearing device 2 and a coupler 30 connected to the other side, and enabling the coupled unit 20 to come in/out of the coupler 30. A coupler 30 includes holding mechanisms 70a, 70b formed of a female part 36 capable of receiving the male part 24, and holding the male part 24 received to the female part 36 in the female part 36. A magnet 28 is provided in at least one side of the male part 24 and the female part 36, and the other side is magnetized.
