PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of organic waste and/or biomass resource capable of satisfactorily performing the processing even when digestion liquid including residue produced after performing methane fermentation of organic waste or biomass resource is introduced to an incinerator or a fusion furnace to perform processing. SOLUTION: In the processing method of organic waste and/or biomass resource, methane gas and digestion liquid including residue are produced by methane fermentation of organic waste and/or biomass resource, phosphorus is removed as solid particles of ammonium magnesium phosphate from the digestion liquid including the residue and, thereafter, the digestion liquid from which phosphorus is removed is introduced to the incinerator or the fusion furnace to perform processing.
