A guide apparatus for guiding a probe for optical coherence tomography includes: a hollow outside tube； a rod which is extended to the inside of the outside tube, relatively moves to and fro with regard to the outside tube, and has a free terminal exposed to the front end part of the outside tube； a moving body which is connected to the free terminal； and a probe which is vertically arranged on the photographing object surface of an photographing object of an optical coherence tomography image in the front end part of the moving body. The rod is a flexible tube. The free terminal of the rod is bent in a preset direction with regard to the length direction of the outside tube. The length of the outside tube changes as the outside tube relatively moves to and fro with regard to the rod. The displacement of a vertical direction to the front and back direction of the rod in the moving body is generated by the position change of the free terminal according to the length change of the free terminal.광 간섭 단층 영상 촬영을 위한 프로브를 가이드하기 위한 가이드 장치는, 중공의 외측 튜브와； 상기 외측 튜브의 내부로 연장되고, 상기 외측 튜브에 대해 상대적으로 전후진 구동 가능하며, 상기 외측 튜브의 전방측 단부 밖으로 노출되는 자유단을 구비하는 로드와； 상기 자유단에 연결되는 이동체와； 상기 이동체의 전방측 단부에서 상기 광 간섭 단층 영상의 촬영 대상물의 촬영 대상면과 수직하게 배향되는 프로브를 포함하고, 상기 로드는 가요성의 튜브체이고, 상기 로드의 자유단은 상기 외측 튜브의 길이방향 축에 대해 소정 방향으로 굴절되고, 상기 외측 튜브가 상기 로드에 대해 상대적으로 전후진 구동함에 따라 길이가 변화하고, 상기 자유단의 길이변화에 따른 상기 자유단의 위치 변화에 의해 상기 이동체에 상기 로드의 전후진 방향과 수직 방향의 변위가 발생하도록 한다.
