According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for fast parallel optical coherence tomography image generation comprises: a spectral separation step of spectrally separating light emitted from a broadband light source of an apparatus for fast parallel optical coherence tomography image generation from a low wavelength to a high wavelength； a split step of allowing the light spectrally separated for each wavelength to enter a sample and a reference mirror； a dividing step of dividing the sample into N image areas of P_1 to P_N, and sequentially dividing the light entering the sample into N spectral separation areas of Δλ_1 to Δλ_N from a low wavelength to a high wavelength； a spectrum image acquisition step of acquiring an interference spectrum image by interference light formed by allowing measurement light where light corresponding to multiple spectral separation areas among the N spectral separation areas is reflected from the sample and reference light where light corresponding to the multiple spectral separation areas is reflected from the reference mirror to interfere with each other； and a tomography image acquisition step of using the interference spectrum image to generate a tomography image of the sample.일 실시 예에 따른 고속 병렬 광간섭 단층 이미지 생성 방법은, 고속 병렬 광간섭 단층 이미지 생성 장치의 광대역 광원에서 방출되는 광을 낮은 파장으로부터 높은 파장까지 분광하는 분광 단계； 파장별로 분광된 광을 각각 샘플 및 기준 미러로 입사시키는 스플릿 단계； 상기 샘플을 P1 내지 PN 의 N개의 이미지 영역으로 구획하고, 상기 샘플에 입사되는 광을 낮은 파장으로부터 높은 파장까지 순차적으로 Δλ1 내지 ΔλN 의 N개의 복수의 분광 영역으로 구획하는 구획 단계； 상기 N개의 분광 영역 중 일부인 복수의 분광 영역에 해당하는 광이 상기 샘플로부터 반사되어 나온 측정광과, 상기 복수의 분광 영역에 해당하는 광이 상기 기준 미러로부터 반사되어 나온 기준광이 간섭되어 형성하는 간섭광을 통해 간섭 스펙트럼 이미지를 획득하는 스펙트럼 이미지 획득 단계； 및 상기 간섭 스펙트럼 이미지를 이용하여 상기 샘플의 단층 이미지를 생성하는 단층 이미지 획득 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
