A guide device of a probe includes a hollow tube body capable of moving forward and backward, a moving body which is connected to the tube body to maintain an initial extension direction with regard to the front side end part of the tube body and to circle, and a probe which is vertically aligned to the imaging object surface of an imaging object of an optical coherence tomography image in the front side end part of the moving body. The front and back direction displacement of the moving body according to a rotating motion is offset by allowing the moving body to circle and reciprocates the tube at the same time, thereby moving in parallel in a vertical direction to the front and back direction and allowing the probe to move in parallel to the imaging object surface.프로브의 가이드 장치는 전후진 이동 가능한 중공의 튜브체와, 상기 튜브체의 전방측 단부에 대해 최초 연장 방향을 유지하며 선회 운동하도록 상기 튜브체와 연결되는 이동체와, 상기 이동체의 전방측 단부에서 상기 광 간섭 단층 영상의 촬영 대상물의 촬영 대상면과 수직하게 배향되는 프로브를 포함하고, 상기 이동체를 선회 운동시키는 동시에 상기 튜브체를 전후진 이동시켜 선회 운동에 따른 상기 이동체의 전후진 방향 변위를 상쇄함으로써, 상기 이동체가 작업 위치에서 전후진 방향으로의 변위 없이 상기 전후진 방향과 수직 방향으로 평형 이동하여, 상기 프로브가 상기 촬영 대상면과 평행하게 이동하도록 한다.
