These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts have beneficial therapeutic effects to prevent or treat a condition related to (l) blood disorders, (ii) inflammation related diseases, (iii) renal disorders and/or renal disorders complications, or (iv) fibrosis-related organ dysfunction.
