PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such a possibility that a signal line may be disconnected in the vicinity of a connection part with a terminal of a sensor due to a mechanical load applied thereto when a bending section is bent.SOLUTION: An endoscope includes: an insertion-section flexible tube to be inserted into a body cavity a bending section connected to a distal end of the insertion-section flexible tube at least one sensor disposed in the bending section and a signal line for connecting the sensor to a prescribed electric circuit. A terminal of the sensor is extended to the inside of the insertion-section flexible tube and connected to the signal line in the inside of the insertion-section flexible tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
