PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion instrument for medical treatment instruments which is provided with several ports for applying several treatment instruments to one incisional wound and can easily and effectively arrange a multitude of ports the occupied area of each of which is downsized without deteriorating their airtightness.SOLUTION: The insertion instrument for medical treatment instruments comprises an elastic member. It is formed as a cap member 4 which is provided with several concaves 41 as ports for medical treatment instruments or the like being inclined with their diameters reduced from their surfaces toward their bottoms, being in the shape of a mortar or a ball, for example, or being like a sine curve in cross-section and is arranged on the body surface side of an incising means. The concaves 41 are preferably continuous concavities and convexities on the whole surface of the cap member 4, have several diameters and are formed without previously arranging an opening into a body cavity.
