Discloses a sterile aqueous composition for parenteral administration, comprising between about 0.02 g/ml and about 0.10 g/ml of dextrose, between about 0.10 g/ml and about 0.20 g/ml of amino acids, and between about 0.01 g/ml and about 0.05 g/ml of lipids, wherein the dextrose, amino acids, and lipids are dissolved in the same aqueous solution, wherein said solution is sterile and packaged in a container, and wherein said solution is stable for 24 hours at room temperature.
