The present invention relates to an extract. To increase an anti-oxidant effect having safety and various functions as a raw material for cosmetic products, the extract of the present invention is prepared by extracting a mixture of Leontopodium alpinum, Buddleja davidii Franch., and Thymus vulgaris hay, which are herbs known for having anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and detox functions, using a mixed solvent consisting of ethanol and water, and by fermenting the resultant product with yeast.
