A nasal cleaning device comprises: a container (10) which accommodates a cleaning solution and has an elastic resilience； a spray nozzle (20) which sprays the cleaning solution inside the container (10) to the outside； a backflow prevention valve (30) which is provided in an upper part of the container (10) and contains a backflow preventing ball (31) therein in order to prevent backflow of the cleaning solution sprayed by the spray nozzle (20) into the spray nozzle (20)； a cleaning solution supply tube (40) which is connected to a lower part of the backflow prevention valve (30) and supplies the cleaning solution as the container (10) is pushed； and an air control valve (50) which is provided in an upper part of the container (10) and contains an air introduction preventing port (51) therein in order to make external air introduce into the container (10). The air introduction preventing port (51) is lifted to be inserted into the air control valve (50) and is sealed as the container (10) is pushed, and is lowered as the container (10) is released such that a gap is formed between the air control valve (50) and the air introduction preventing port to introduce air.
