A face cleansing device comprises a controller which drives a motor in accordance with a user control so as to rotate an impeller connected to the motor and discharge, through a first nozzle and/or a second nozzle, the air introduced through an intake port in accordance with the rotation of the impeller and a face cleansing pad which lifts a first rotating body upwardly and rotates the first rotating body by the air introduced through a first inlet port, when air is introduced through the first inlet port formed in a lower portion of the face cleansing pad, wherein a first brush is attached/detached to/from an upper portion of the first rotating body, wherein the face cleaning pad discharges, through a first air bubble generating unit arranged in an upper portion thereof, a portion of the air introduced through a second inlet port, and rotates the lifted first rotating body by the rest of the air introduced through the second inlet port, and discharges the relevant air through a second air bubble generating unit arranged in the upper portion of the facing cleaning pad, when air is introduced through the second inlet port formed in a side surface of the face cleansing pad.
