PURPOSE: A persimmon dryer is provided to enable efficient drying of a persimmon by changing a position by a certain time interval when drying persimmons and to efficiently eliminate the generation of mold on a persimmon.CONSTITUTION: A persimmon dryer comprises a drying chamber(10) where a persimmon is dried a drying chamber fan(20) that makes air in the drying chamber flow a discharging port(30) to discharge wet air in the drying chamber a dehumidifying means(40) a inlet port(50) to let the dehumidified air into the drying chamber a blow fan(60) to let the air in the drying room move around the area between the discharging port and the inlet port a hanging device(70) to hang and dry a persimmon and a position change means(80) to move the position of the hanging devices up and down. The discharging port is located in the lower part of the drying chamber the inlet port is located in the upper part of the drying chamber the blower fan is located in the inlet port and a drying chamber fan is located in the upper part of the drying chamber and generates wind toward the lower part. A far infrared ray heater and a reflection board are formed to heat the air that flows by the blower fan. The dehumidifying means comprises a compressor(41), a vaporizer(42), a condenser(43) and a drip rail. The position change means is composed of a motor and a rotation member that rotates being interlocked with the motor and the hanging device is combined to the rotation member.
