A multimedia artificial joint development platform includes: a design and analysis module, a joint feature database, and a joint simulation replacement evaluation module. The design and analysis module scans a plurality of affected bones for measuring image features, and obtains a plurality of feature values. The joint feature database receives the feature values and performs an average statistics to obtain a plurality of size groups. The joint simulation replacement evaluation module is able to select a size group to be evaluated from the size groups, and then establish a universal artificial joint simulation model based on the feature values in the size group. The universal artificial joint simulation model is compared with the aforementioned scanned image of the affected bones for performing a replacement evaluation, so as to examine whether the universal artificial joint simulation model matches with the affected bones.
