Disclosed are a polymorphs I-VI of N-(6-(4-chlorophenoxy)hexyl)-N'-cyano-N"-(4-pyridyl)guanidine or of a solvate thereof, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof as a biological active ingredient. The polymorphs are useful in treatment of cancers, and diseases or disorders caused by abnormal cell proliferation.【課題】Ｎ－（６－（４－クロロフェノキシ）ヘキシル）－Ｎ’－シアノ－Ｎ’’－（４－ピリジル）グアニジンの結晶多形とその製造及び使用。【解決手段】本発明は、Ｎ－（６－（４－クロロフェノキシ）ヘキシル）－Ｎ’－シアノ－Ｎ’’－（４－ピリジル）グアニジン又はその溶媒和物の結晶多形Ｉ～ＶＩ、その製造方法と、生物活性成分としての使用を公開した。当該結晶多形は各種の癌や、細胞の異常増殖による疾病又は異常の治療に使用することができる。【選択図】図１
