A driving action automatic evaluating system 10 includes an angular velocity sensor 14 for detecting a movement of a head of a driver, an angular velocity sensor 16 for detecting a movement of a right toe thereof, and a GPS receiver 20 for detecting a position of a motor vehicle. Angular velocity data detected by the angular velocity sensors 14 and 16 and position data detected by the GPS receiver 20 are recorded by a computer for measurement control 12, and analyzed by a computer for analysis 22. A minimum accident preventive motion to be performed for each dangerous place is defined by using evaluation items in relation to at least a right-and-left checking motion, a position of a right foot and a vehicle speed, and whereby, whether the accident preventive motion is properly performed is evaluated. Together with the evaluation result, waveforms indicating behaviors of the head, the position of the right foot and the vehicle speed are output.
